Ms. Vidal’s journey as an international public speaker began in 2012 in England, where she mentored university students eager to transform their ideas into viable start-ups.

Her expertise and engaging delivery soon attracted the attention of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), leading to a growing demand for insightful talks and workshops on entrepreneurship, international marketing, and strategic growth. Over the years, she has been invited to speak at respected forums such as the Chartered Institute of Linguists, Business Hub Europe, and other international business and language events. In 2017, this progression culminated in the founding of ICB in Germany—a consultancy built on years of field experience, cross-cultural knowledge, and thought leadership.

Today, Ms. Vidal is recognised for delivering impactful, mind-opening presentations in English, Spanish, Catalan and Italian, captivating audiences with her clarity, depth, and real-world insights across the business and academic landscape.
